From Orlando International Airport
Head north on Access Rd/ Jeff Fuqua Blvd. Turn right on South Semoran Blvd. Get on toll road #528 West. Continue until you see the signs that say I-4 West toward Tampa. Stay left on I-4 West. Take Exit #64 to merge onto US-192 (also known as W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). Then, make a right onto Lighthouse Key Parkway. The Berkley, Orlando will be on your right-hand side after you pass the security gatehouse.
From I-4
Head Southwest on I-4 West. Take Exit #64 onto US-192 toward Magic Kingdom. Turn right onto Lighthouse Key Parkway.
