Any content you post on the official Vacation Village Resorts social media pages, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any personal information you make available to Vacation Village Resorts becomes the property of Vacation Village Resorts and is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies for those platforms. Vacation Village Resorts reserves the right to edit, modify, and delete content posted on its social media pages.

Deletion Request Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained. If we receive and confirm your consumer request as verifiable, unless an exception applies we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records.

Depending on where you reside, certain laws provide a number of reasons why a deletion request may be denied. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify either: (A) your identity; or (B) authority to make the request. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
