From the North
Take I-95 South to I-295 South (just past Ashland, VA) to I-64 East.
From the South
Take I-95 North to I-295 North (near Petersburg, VA) to I-64 East. Take I-64 to exit 238 (Camp Peary). Turn East onto Route 143 (toward Colonial Williamsburg). Turn right at the second traffic light (Route 132). At the first intersection (Route 60 Bypass West), turn right. Stay straight and go through two stoplights. Go over the Bypass, staying in the left lane, which becomes a left turning lane. At the light you will be facing IHOP, and Patriots Inn will be located on the right next to it. You can enter through the IHOP parking lot.
