The Berkley, Las Vegas is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the resort at 702.224.7400 to notify the staff of late arrivals.
Yes. If you arrive at The Berkley, Las Vegas, earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If unavailable, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.
To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.
The minimum age to check in is 21.
A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.
There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.
Yes. A non-refundable resort fee is collected at check-in. The resort fee for RCI guests is $50.00 for a one-bedroom suite and $75.00 for a two-bedroom suite (one fee per reservation). The resort fee for guests is $50.00 for a one-bedroom suite and $75.00 for a two-bedroom suite per night. It includes WIFI, parking, barbecue grills, and fitness and business center access.

Yes. Call the resort at 702.224.7400 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, suite location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.
Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to The Berkley, Las Vegas owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.
Yes. You may upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom or to a two-bedroom lockoff suite. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 702.224.7400 for more information.
Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.
Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas offers free parking for all owners and guests. Parking is located throughout all paved areas in the Silverton Village and the parking garage north of the resort.
No. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not permitted at The Berkley, Las Vegas. Please contact the resort at 702.224.7400 for recommendations for alternative parking.
No; however, our guests may utilize the stations at The Silverton Casino next door. One station is located at the west end of the parking lot, closer to the pool area, and three are inside the Silverton parking garage.
No. The Berkley, Las Vegas does not allow pets.
Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas will accept package deliveries for our registered guests. Packages must be 20 pounds or less and contain non-hazardous contents.
Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.
No. Guests staying seven or more days receive a mid-week tidy/touch-up housekeeping service on the fourth day of their scheduled stay. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
No. The Berkley, Las Vegas is a smoke-free and vape-free property.
Rollaway beds are not available. Pack ‘n Play® are on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must be present in the suite to receive the delivery. Charges may apply.
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 15 minutes from The Berkley, Las Vegas.
No. The Berkley, Las Vegas does not offer shuttle transportation to or from the airport. Instead, we recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.

Yes. The famed Silverton Casino is conveniently located next door within walking distance. The Silverton Casino offers a variety of restaurants, table games, slots & Race & Sportsbook, access to top shows & entertainment, and a beautiful 117,000-gallon aquarium where you can see a free mermaid show on select days. Silverton is also home to Bass Pro Shops Las Vegas.
Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas has one outdoor heated swimming pool, and it is located at the entrance of the resort on the left-hand side.
Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are provided at the pool. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations in the pool area.
The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

For the convenience of our guests, there is an ice and vending machine on the first floor.
Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas has two barbecue grills on the resort's north side. Grilling utensils can be picked up at the front desk. The barbecue grills can be used from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas has a fitness center equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and free weights. It is located west of the Southside lobby entrance and is open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. A business center with computers and a printer is located across from the swimming pool, next to the fitness center. Inside the business center some books are available to read, and there is a vending machine available for your convenience.
The suites at The Berkley, Las Vegas offer our owners and guests spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have ceramic tile in the living areas, kitchen, and bathroom and carpeted floors in the bedrooms.
Yes. Berkley, Las Vegas offers two-bedroom lockoff suites, which are two adjoining one-bedroom suites. That means you would have two living rooms, two dining rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two one-bedroom suites share a common foyer and can accommodate up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.
The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people, which includes two individuals sleeping on a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The two-bedroom suites can sleep up to eight people—two in each bedroom and two on a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Studio suites can accommodate up to three people.
No. None of the suites at The Berkley, Las Vegas have a patio or balcony.
All suites feature a fully-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and full granite backsplash. One- and two-bedroom suites have a full-size kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, 10-cup drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Studio suites have a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a two-burner stovetop.
Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, pans, and bakeware, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for six in each one-bedroom suite. Studio suites have dinnerware for four.
Each suite at The Berkley, Las Vegas features a television in the living room and bedroom and WiFi internet access.
No. One and two-bedroom suites feature a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Studio suites have a queen-size bed. In addition, all suites have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The one and two-bedroom suites have an enclosed walk-in shower with a separate standard tub and a vanity area with a magnified mirror. The studio suites have an enclosed walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Yes. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.
Yes. A small amenity kit, including shampoo and body wash, is provided in your suite. However, we recommend that you bring your own toiletries.
Only the one- and two-bedroom suites at The Berkley, Las Vegas have a washer and dryer. Guests occupying studio suites can use the washer and dryer on the fourth or fifth floors.
Yes. Each suite has an iron and ironing board.
Yes. Each suite has a safe with an electronic keypad in the primary bedroom closet.
