Can I check-in at an earlier time?
+If you arrive at the resort at an earlier time and your assigned room is available, then we will be more than happy to check you in early.

Can I request a late check-out time?
+You can call the front desk to request a later check out time on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

How old do you have to be to check-in?
+The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
+A picture ID, major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) and your confirmation/hotel voucher is required at the time of check-in.

What are the hours of the front desk?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please call the resort to notify the staff of any late arrivals.

What is the size of this resort?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas is an 18-story high rise building with a total of 395 units. The resort offers spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

Is there a fee for parking at the resort?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas offers free parking for all guests. Parking is located throughout all paved areas in the Silverton Village as well as the parking garage to the North of the resort property.

Can I park my RV at the resort?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas does not permit recreational vehicles or trailers on site. Alternative parking information can be provided at the front desk.

Are there any extra fees associated with the reservation?
+There is a $25.00 required Resort Fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes Wi-Fi, parking, resort activities (schedule provided at front desk), barbeque grills, and access to the fitness center and business center.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
+Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and pool area. It is included in the Resort Fee.

Can I request a building or view for the unit I want?
+Special requests (room views, floor level, unit location, etc.) are permitted; however, there is no guarantee. Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to honor all special requests based on availability.

Can I request a handicap accessible unit for my stay?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations so that we can provide you with the best service.

Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?
+Rollaway beds are not available. Pack ‘n Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there daily housekeeping?
+Guests staying seven or more days receive a mid-week tidy/touch-up housekeeping service on the fourth day of their scheduled stay. Daily housekeeping is available upon request at an additional charge.

Is smoking permitted at the resort?
+No. The Berkley, Las Vegas is a smoke-free and vape-free property.

Can I send packages to the resort?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas will accept package deliveries for our registered guests. Packages must be 20 pounds or less and contain non-hazardous contents.

Is this resort pet-friendly?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas does not allow pets.

+McCarran International Airport (LAS) is approximately 15 minutes away from The Berkley, Las Vegas.

Does the resort offer shuttle service from the airport to the resort?
+No. We do not offer shuttle transportation to/from the airport. Taking a taxi is suggested.

How far is the Las Vegas Strip from the resort?
+The world-famous Las Vegas Strip is just 15 minutes away from The Berkley, Las Vegas.

+Yes. Shuttle service to the Strip is available. Please see the front desk for fees and schedule.

Is there a casino near the resort?
+The famed Silverton Casino is conveniently located next door and within walking distance. The Silverton Casino offers a variety of restaurants, table games, slots & Race & Sportsbook, access to top shows & entertainment and a beautiful 117,000-gallon aquarium. Silverton is also home of Bass Pro Shops Las Vegas and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store & restaurant.

Do the suites have carpet or tile?
+Both. There is ceramic tile in the living areas and there are carpeted floors in the bedrooms.

Do you have adjoining rooms?
+No. The Berkley, Las Vegas offers studio, one-and two-bedroom floor plans that do not adjoin.

How are the kitchens equipped?
+All of our kitchens feature granite counter tops and full granite backsplash. One- and two-bedroom suites have full-size kitchens with stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, 10-cup drip coffee maker, blender and toaster. Studio suites have a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and two-burner stove top.

What type of cookware and dinnerware are in the kitchens?
+Most commonly used cookware, bakeware and service for six dinnerware are included in each suite. Studios have dinnerware for four.

What kind of entertainment electronics does each unit have?
+All suites have a media center and televisions in the living room and bedroom.

Do all the suites have a king-size bed?
+One- and two-bedroom suites feature a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Studio suites offer a queen-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed.

What’s in the bathroom?
+All suites have a walk-in shower, bath tub, and a hair dryer.

Does the resort offer toiletries like shampoo and body wash?
+Yes. A toiletry starter kit including shampoo and body wash are available in your suite.

Is there a washer and dryer in all the suites?
+There is a washer and dryer in every one-and two-bedroom unit. There are no washers or dryers in the studio units.

Do the rooms have an iron?
+Yes. Each suite has an ironing board with iron located in the bedroom closet.

+The Berkley, Las Vegas has one outdoor heated swimming pool.

+The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and it is located directly south of the main lobby.

+Yes. There is one hot tub located next to the pool.

+Yes. There are weekly planned and organized activities available on-site. Time schedules for the activities are provided upon check-in.

Is there a fitness center?
+Yes. The Berkley, Las Vegas has a well-appointed fitness center located west of the Southside lobby entrance.

What are the hours for the fitness center?
+The center is open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Are computers available for use?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas offers an activity center that includes three computers and a printer for convenient guest access.

What are the hours for the Activity Center?
+The activity center is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and it is located west of the man lobby entrance, directly across from the entrance to the pool.

Is there a printer available at the resort?
+Yes. A printer is available in the activity center.

Are there barbeque grills available?
+The Berkley, Las Vegas has two barbeque grills located on the North side of the property. Grilling tools are available for guests to borrow at the front desk. Grills are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
