Is there a minimum stay required?
+The hotels have no minimum stay, but all condo rentals require a two-night minimum stay.

What is the check-in time?
+Check-in starts at 4:00 PM local time for Shenandoah Villas, Eagle Trace, and Summit (owners), 5:00 PM local time for Woodstone & Regal Vistas (owners), and Rentals, and 6:00 PM for all RCI Reservations.

What is the check-out time?
+Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM local time.

Can I check-in at an earlier time?
+If you arrive at the resort at an earlier time and your assigned room is available, then we will be more than happy to check you in early. You may access the facilities prior to check-in by pre-registering with the front desk.

Can I request a late check-out time?
+You can call the front desk to request a later check out time on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

How old do you have to be to check-in?
+The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
+A picture ID, major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and confirmation/hotel voucher are required at the time of check-in.

What are the hours of the front desk?
+Massanutten Resort’s front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is there a fee for parking?
+No. Massanutten Resort® offers free parking for guests.

Are there any extra fees associated with the reservation?
+All rental accommodations are subject to a daily Resort Use Fee.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
+Massanutten Resort® offers free Wi-Fi internet access in most units, hotels, and common areas! Public Wi-Fi internet access is also available at the business center at Massanutten Station.

Can I request a particular building or view for the unit I want?
+Special requests (room views, floor level, unit location, etc.) are accepted prior to arrival. Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Massanutten Resort® will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.

Can I request a handicap accessible unit for my stay?
+Massanutten Resort® is committed to making its facilities accessible to all guests, including those with disabilities (within the limits of safety). Guests with disabilities are encouraged to notify Reservations of special needs at the time reservations are made and to contact concierge services in advance for assistance in planning their stay. Our team will be happy to communicate with all necessary departments to ensure that our guests' needs are met. If a guest's disability is not obvious, we may ask whether an accommodation is required because of a disability.

Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?
+Pack ‘n Play® portable cribs and highchairs are available for small children on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.

Is there daily housekeeping?
+No. Housekeeping services are not included, but if you would like to request a cleaning service, contact our front desk for availability during your stay.

Is smoking permitted at the resort?
+All of our accommodations are smoke free. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged to those who violate this policy. Smoking is allowed on the patio. You must close patio door when smoking outside. Please properly dispose of your cigarettes and cigars.

Can I send packages to the resort?
+Massanutten Resort® will accept package deliveries for registered guests free of charge.

Is this resort pet-friendly?
+No dog, cat or other pet shall be allowed in any unit. A non-refundable charge of up to $500 per day may be assessed by the Association to clean, repair, treat (for fleas or other pests), and restore a unit and common areas if a pet is identified in the unit or in the resort. Service animals are always welcome at Massanutten Resort®. They must be under control and on a leash/harness at all times. Service animals may be attended to by companions, but employees of the resort are not permitted to care for service animals. We appreciate advance notice for service animals staying on resort property. Please contact us at 540.289.4908 ext. 2.

+Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) is approximately 30 minutes away from Massanutten Resort®.

Does the resort offer shuttle service from the airport to the resort?
+No. We do not offer shuttle transportation to/from the airport.

Does the resort offer shuttle service to/from amenities or accommodations?
+No. Massanutten Resort® does not have a shuttle on premises for guests to use. We are a fairly large resort and recommend bringing your own vehicle when you come to visit.
Suite Amenities

Do you have adjoining rooms?
+Massanutten Resort® offers lock-off units featuring a common foyer with separate controlled access for each suite.

What kind of entertainment electronics does each unit have?
+Each unit features a television (with cable) and DVD player in the living room and bedroom.

Is there a washer and dryer in all the suites?
+Some units have washers and dryers. For units without washers and dryers, there are complimentary laundry facilities throughout the resort.

How are the kitchens equipped?
+Hotel rooms have a mini fridge and a coffee pot, and a common use microwave is available in the vending area. The condos may have an efficiency, partial, or full kitchen including a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster.

What type of cookware and dinnerware are in the kitchens?
+Place settings are provided based on the max occupancy of the unit. Pots, pans, utensils, glassware and plastic ware are also provided depending on the type of kitchen the unit has.

Does the resort provide toiletries like shampoo and body wash?
+Yes. The resort provides kitchen linens (2 dish cloths, 2 dish towels, 2 pot holders), bed linens, towel sets, dish detergent, dishwasher powder, bath tissue, paper towels, trash liners, bath soap, shampoo, and body wash.

Do the rooms have an iron?
+Yes. Both the hotel rooms and the condos have an iron and ironing board provided.

Do all units have an outdoor patio or balcony?
+Yes. The hotel rooms and condos all have a balcony.

+Yes. Massanutten Resort® is home to two indoor pools and four outdoor pools.

Are there hot tubs at the resort?
+Yes. Massanutten Resort® has two indoor hot tubs and one large outdoor hot tub.

Are there any planned and organized activities available on-site?
+Yes. There are weekly planned activities for all ages, which may include water aerobics, family movie night, arts & crafts, and games like Bingo & Texas Hold 'em. A schedule is provided at check-in.

Is there a fitness center?
+Yes. There are two fitness centers available to all guests, and a third fitness center for Regal Vistas owners only.

+8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Are there computers available for use at the resort?
+For your convenience, a business center is located at Massanutten Station.

+In addition to our indoor and outdoor pools, recreation centers, and business center, we also have an award-winning indoor/outdoor waterpark, family adventure park, arcade rooms, basketball and volleyball courts, hiking trails, children’s playgrounds, and more.
