  • Minimum age for check-in is 21. Picture ID, major credit card and confirmation/hotel voucher are required. Security deposit is required at check-in payable in cash or credit card.
  • Williamsburg Plantation Resort is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please call the resort to notify of late arrivals.
  • Special requests are accepted, but accommodations are based on a first come, first served basis with no guarantees. Every effort will be taken to honor all requests if available. Charges may be incurred for special requests such as upgrading from a one- bedroom to a two-bedroom, or upgrading from a partial kitchen unit to a full kitchen unit.
  • Rollaway beds, cribs and highchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must request items at check-in and may not be reserved in advance. Charges apply.
  • Housekeeping services are not included. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in several conveniently located sites on property. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request at a charge. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and the vacuuming of the unit. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. A $75 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean.
  • Select rooms are pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee. Approval must be obtained prior to arrival. Please contact the resort directly for availability and fees. Once approved, an up-to-date vaccination record from a veterinarian will be required at check-in.
  • Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not allowed on the property. Contact the resort directly for recommendations on available approved parking.
  • Designated units meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations so that we can provide you with the best service.
