Refundable $150 security deposit is due at check-in.
Additional $150 authorization is taken at check-in for charging privileges at the resort. Guests are given a resort card that will allow them to charge incidentals such as purchases from the restaurant, tiki bar, and spa directly to their room. If this convenience is not desired, the authorization is waived.
Resort is open 24 hours. Please call the resort to notify late arrivals.
Special requests are accepted, but accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis with no guarantees. Priority is given to Owners, followed by Exchangers, but every effort will be taken to honor all requests if available.
Rollaway beds and cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis. High chairs and strollers can be rented from a third party vendor and delivered to your room at an additional charge.
Owners and exchangers arriving on Saturday receive full housekeeping services including linen changes on Wednesday. Sunday arrivals receive full service on Thursday. Renters receive full service daily. Trash removal and fresh towel service is performed daily for all rooms by housekeeping.
Designated suites meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations so that we can provide you with the best service.
The resort does not allow recreational vehicles or trailers on site. Alternative parking information can be provided at the front desk.
Guests may use their own beach equipment on the north or south side of the resort, within the resort’s private beach area that offer food and beverage service. A private beach vendor is available to supply guests with safety-approved equipment at an additional charge.
From March 1st through October 31st all beachfront properties must remain "dark" due to Sea Turtle Season. According to county code regulations, exterior light sources directly visible from the beach or illuminating areas seaward of the primary dune must be turned off between sunset and sunrise during nesting season.
